Is going to a hiring event the only way to get an interview? I have 6300 total time, 900 737 FO, 2300 turbine PIC.
 
Unless you have internal recs yes. Think about it moving on up, who would you rather interview, someone that you saw face to face at a fair or a unknown resume? Good luck.

I'd say face to face, and then foot to foot so I could see if you're wearing cowboy boots, but that's just me...
