Spirit Guys - need help

Any Spirit people willing to help me out?

I've been trying to call the res line to check flight loads for 2 days now and every time I either get disconnected or hear a message that says they cannot take my call due to high call volume.

I'm looking at
6/24 - Spirit 100 FLL-SXM dep 1055a
6/29 - Spirit 101 SXM-FLL dep 1440

The second one is the most important...feel free to just PM me instead of posting here. Also, is there a separate phone number for non-rev listing, etc?

Finally got through to someone. He said the flights looked good, but that you have to make non-rev listings at the ticket counter...can't do it over the phone if you're not an employee. Can anyone verify this or anyone who commutes on Spirit regularly have any advise or tips.

It seems like showing up in SXM without a record locator # or conf # is asking for trouble...

I wish i could help you with some guidelines on that one. Unfortunately it is as confusing for us employees, as for you. I will try to find out about availabilities tomorrow if you can wait.

then option 4 to list with a person for the jumpseat.
i just called.
flight 100 has 40 seats open.
flight 101 has 25 seats open.

sorry the regular reservation agents are not much help.
