I was woundering how long it would take to start bashing alpa and forget that management is the one violating the contract and furloughing. I supose everyone should help out by picking up open time and just give in durring these negotiations. Screw alpa they really just want to steal from us. They have no intrest in benifiting pilots.

giveme a break

you guys aren't gonna do anything except take it in the shorts like DAL, UAL, US Air, ect. ALPA and your local are powerless and management knows it, just like they do over at Airtran. Suck it up, no one has the balls to strike, Comair was most likely the last US strike. You will roll over and take it just like every other pax carrier has.

Yeh...ALPA is the weakest, most worthless piece of crap i have ever seen. I want damn 2 percent back. i need to feed my f-ing family. HEY ALPA, STAND UP AND GROW A PAIR. I'M PISSED.....I AM PRO UNION, BUT ALPA IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS....

Thats the "Spirit" on the spiritpilotboard! Its so obvious to me that its run by the "lawman" and his ass kissing idiots. If you say anything pro-union ....your kicked off the board. Is why theres not a whole lot to read anymore. Most have been censored! The idiots that are left spin EVERYTHING into union bashing. Lets see.....wouldn't be attempting to bust the union would we???

Sure was a pathetic attempt to recall F.H.. Not one supporter for the "Lawman" flock! This alone confirmed to me who's running that board. The sad part of all this is the ones who they manage to turn to the darkside.

very true LITCHAT-that Spirit board is a joke. I personally think it is 'Costa Rica' running the show-his feelings are hurt that he got booted. Law has wised up with the future of NKS and moved on...

What is the phone number to the so-called "Spirited Pilots Hotline"? I need to get my marching orders on how to further the cause!

Gotta hand it to modern day airline management, they've got the business of creating total travel misery through out the industry down to a science. Must be what all the business schools are teaching these days, unpleasant medicore service for bottom dollar prices and revenue. Make it miserable for both the passengers and employees and anyone else even remotely involved with aviation.

The technology is almost space age, the industry is virtually stone age.

"Costa Rica" is off in Costa Rica lounging around with some LBFM while you're sitting here (along with me - to show how pitiful the both of us are) typing on a beotch board.

"Costa Rica" could care less about me or you. BTW, he didn't run for office, so your contention that he got "booted" is false.

:)

Modern day airline management is doing nothing more than responding to the marketplace. The American people will not pay for service, therefore they receive no service.

I don't particularly appreciate the current business, but I don't see any full service airlines making bank - so I conclude that there isn't any money in full service airlines. The people are getting what they want.
