I'm in upgrade right now and they did say that they are planning on hiring next year. No numbers or anything...that's all that they said about it. If I hear anything else I'll put it out here for you. Good luck!

I was in Dallas 2 weeks ago. Head of training said 150 new hires in 2015. That number can and will change.

I thought the rumor was that there would be massive growth next year. You know the rumor that all the top brass recently signed more non-disclosure agreements. Something super secret that would make us all happy.

No OAT captain upgrades, no growth, and very few new hires...just more commuting time. Yea!

15 year upgrades for new hires and indications of pay cuts for employees will not be good for anyone at SWA. Apply to AA would be the best careeer decision of a lifetime career.
