No, that part of his schtick is relevant and pretty damn funny-
It's the rest of his comments that tend to be retarded.

Do those of you who say the above^^^ know that you argue FOR outsourcing when you do. Keep the division at the detriment of all professional pilots.

Anyway- 1% at SWA highlights the snowball effect of lesser contracts. The less value of the contract, the less revenue brought in, the less able you are to negotiate and represent better-
(and before anyone says it- it also highlights the relationship between SWA mgmt and their pilots- it says a lot about all sides that we can be represented as well or better than any pilot group I know of for half the dues.)
