What do you mean? Ar you an AirTran ground guy trying to get a flying job? Is that not kosher at FL? I know at SWA we've hired a few of our ground guys to fly planes.

ground guys don't get to short-cut experience. It's unsafe. Go pay some dues like the real airline pilots.

Demand what? Where is their leverage? They were just bought. Why would SWA want to put up with all that bickering between labor groups?
