Southwest Pilots Help!!

I'm looking for some help from a WN pilot. My parents are looking for an old family friend who is a captain at WN, and they haven't been able to track him down for some time. He used to fly with my dad some years ago. The name is Charlie Tuggell. If anybody knows him, or if there is some way for my parents to get a message to him, we surely would appreciate the help.
