So you have to pay to go check out the company? I know 20 bucks isn't much, but, that's still half a tank of gas in my Honda. Do all SWA guys have to do that? I thought you could apply on the internet, mail in resumes, etc.

No, you don't have to pay to get into the open house. The poster who suggested that it cost $20 was being sarcastic. Go to the link at the begining of this thread, and you will see no mention of any fees to attend the event.
 
Is this still happening? The link from the first post is expired and I can't find any mention of an open house on the SWA website.
