I was wondering if anyone out there has some real numbers concerning 2007 hiring projections. I'm currently building my PIC Turbine time and think I may throw my hat in the ring within the year. Thanks in Advance.

I was wondering if anyone out there has some real numbers concerning 2007 hiring projections. I'm currently building my PIC Turbine time and think I may throw my hat in the ring within the year. Thanks in Advance.

The projections are for similiar numbers or slightly larger than this year. SWA will have hired approximately 590 new hires this year. Look for something in the vicinity of that or slightly more next year. BTW, that number, based upon retirement and aircraft additions will be slightly larger in '08 also if everything remains the same !
