Fairly new 135 operation. Couple of singles couple of cabin class twins. Whats a good, realistic starting salary not including benefits. Not a new flight department, just new to the 135 game. Getting down to brass tacks with the owner, and its time to talk money. Any ballpark ideas? Thanks in advance.

More info!!!!!!

Thanks.

I appreciate the replies. Its a semi private strip out in the middle of no where. Not the end of the world, but you can see it from there.....Thanks to all. Going to see them this weekend....

$95,000/yr....plus benefits.
Be great unfortunately you will be disappointed if that is your expectation. Find out what line pilot pay is and add 10 to 20%. If they pay day rates for pilots you're in worse shape.

Trick is be the chief for what they pay and do contract gigs on the side. Until the place gets big and the planes are flying 50 plus hours a month you won't make much more than low average rates.
