I have an interview coming up with them and was just wondering if anyone has any inside info for me. I really want to teach there and feel that they fit in with my standards. Seems like a great bunch of people and i am planning on attending school there as well. Any help appreciated.

SIU Jobs and info.

Sorry that I did not catch your post sooner.

Check out our website www.aviation.siu.edu

Interviews are pretty simple. We just want to verify your information, see that you have the ability to teach well, and that you have a reasonable level of knowledge. After the interview, you will most likely be asked to fly with one of the Asst. Chief Instructors, and demonstrate how you would teach some basic maneuvers. Having a good attitude is very important.

Good Luck
