AWESOME! Probably on the of the best 91 gig out there. Home almost every night, good benefits, etc... They treat you well too apparently. Not sure how it is now since owner passed away last year. I knew a guy there a few years back flying the GIV.

If you can get in there, do not look back!

Not sure I'd get that excited about it. I hear they work quite a bit, and also have office duties.

God forgive anyone who might have to work hard and spend a bit of time in the office.

Pilots can be such babies. No wonder the world has no sympathy.

Geez!

I be just saying that if you have to fly a lot and have office duties when not flying then it's probably not, "on the of the best 91 gig out there."

That's all homie.

I took a position as a 4th Pilot in a One aircraft operation. Deal was I would Fly, however, since I was the 4th guy I would also do scheduling/office duties/BS duties.

After my first year, I flew 400 hrs. & responisiblity included ALL of the Scheduling. I was working Holidays/weekends/6-7 day weeks. The Plane flew 800hrs a year & required a Full Time Scheduler. In fact, the Chief Pilot made us show up to the airport when the airport was closed for runway resurfarcing, for a week straight!!!

I brought this to the attention of both the HR Department & Chief Pilot that I was being well overworked with both positions combined, and safety was a concern. I got the runaround, as that was the Deal, so they said. Therefore, be aware of those so called Office Duties.

Oh yeah, they insituted a salary freeze, exactly 15% below industry average pay!!!

I negotiated the 3rd time with the Company, using my feet.

Although, I heard good things about SE Toyata, just wanted to share my story about "Office Duties". Still pisses me off that I fell for that trap!

It all depends upon HOW MUCH you're away from home flying and HOW MUCH you're expected to be "in the office". It's all relative.

The amount of flying hours is meaningless. People put WAY too much emphasis on it. The true measure is time-away-from base (home).

Think about it....airline folks work 10 to 15 days a month and rack up 800 to 1000 hrs a year in a log book. I know, I've done it.

A corporate guy could fly 6 days a week with 10 hour sits in TEB and fly 250 hours a year.

It's all about time-away, not about how much you fly.
