Just watching South Park last night and all the boys were exicited to take a trip to Casa Bonita's(sp?). They all couldn't wait to go, much like I felt as a kid living in Colorado. A question for anybody who has been there, is it really that cool? Or am I just remembering the good times. Just wondering!

Ok....... put down the pipe........ easy....... easy.............

Casa Bonita's is awesome! Yes, it's real. I remember going there as a kid and watching the cliff diving show during dinner. Ah, to grow up in Colorado. I'm not sure if its still there, but boy I hope it is!

Yes, it is really that cool... when you're 8. And it's great if you have kids.

I went there growing up and when I was in my early teens. Yeah I think it would still be cool no matter what age...eating dinner in the "caves" with cliff divers next to you with Sopapilla's and honey for desert.

The video games probably arent as cool as when you were a kid, nor would you feel good about elbowing little johnny off of Pac-Man, but hey, that just the details. So yes, make the trip again, just remeber to bring your friends kid so you don't look like some dorky old guy trying to relive your childhood.

Still got one in TUL. Went recently and was not as excited as way back when. But it's still cool to eat dinner in a cave and raise a little flag to summon uno mas taco.

Casa Bonita has been the funnest AND tastiest place to eat in Denver for nearly thirty years.
I guess it was new when I used to go there. Man am I getting old!

Casa Bonita

Yeah the Casa is pretty neet.

The food is good and the atmosphere is pretty cool -- awesome for kids -- but fun for adults and not really cheesy.

Denver now has a Papa Deux which is tasty and an excellent Japanese restaurant Gasho (off of Bellview and Syracuse) - both near Centennial
