I just got hired with a Midwest based regional-haven't started yet-and am dreading having to leave Florida to go back to the Midworst. I realize that many flights are full coming down here, but how valuable is the jumpseat when you are trying to go places. Will I be able to make it down here often, and are there many pilots commuting out of South FL to Northwest's destinations. Any help is appreciated, not looking forward to losing my tan!
