winter wx=COLD, Very Cold, with sometimes feet of snow at a time
Huron is "ok" to say the best. Sioux Falls (where I am now) is great. about 145,000 people and expanding, don't know what Huron has (it's smaller)
Sioux Falls and Rapid City are the only controled towers in the state
Air traffic not real busy
Of course, we don't have hurricanes here..........
