My guess is this guy did this to help as some sort of promo deal for whoever makes these felt dolls...someone probably made it for him, and he was kind enough to do the pictures to promote...I think this is being looked into WAAAAAAY deeper than its real intent...

Someone has GOT to steal that thing and ship it around the world to every dive brothel in the third world for some nasty pics. Sort of like that gnome that was stolen and pictures kept showing up from all over the place.
