Anyone have any programs or know of companies who produce software that helps to break down financials for private jet ownership.

I know NBAA has their TravelSense thing..

Travel$ense will merely give the costs associated with the trip. You have to input a ton of information to get it to spit out a number that is realistic. You will have to try to get information from CEO's and other passengers yearly salary numbers to put a number figure on the time they save using the business jet vs riding the airlines. The numbers are staggering and wil justify your existance and the planes usefulness.
As for other software using spreadsheets and doing reports and keeping historical data is fairly easy. Accounting for every dime is also easy if you stay on top of it. Justifying the money is hard to do to some owners until they are without the plane again. It all comes down to the old saying-If you have to ask-you can't afford it.
