I know this question has been beaten to death in other threads.... but just wondering if any of you recently hired by Expressjet have a SODA (Statement of Demonstrated Ability) for color vision?
I have heard that people in the past had been hired by Expressjet with this SODA and that it was pretty much a non-issue. I had to get one for my 1st class medical... I have absolutely no problems seeing any of the colors used in aviation.
