Clay Lacy Aviation VNY is looking for Lear Capt's and FO's. A buddy of mine got a call a few weeks after faxing a resume. He didn't say how many they were hiring, but he said the company sounded pretty good. Sorry I don't have more details.
Their website is claylacy.com

I had the privilege of meeting and flying with Mr. Lacy. Great guy and a neat organization.

Although I chose to pursue a 121 position instead of moving my family out to SOCAL, I can highly recommend CLA for anybody interested in pursuing the 135 route. They seem to run an excellent company. Turning down the job offer was one of the most difficult things I ever did.

I am sure there are those here that will post dire warnings, (everybody has a bad 135 experience somewhere...) but everyone I encountered at VNY was a class act. Two former coworkers of mine are flying for Clay and both like it.

Some advice to those considering applying: Bring the flying skills and SA, but leave the attitude.
