2:30 and came home from the bar empty handed..... I mean face it; posting on flightinfo on a saturday night with my buzz wearin off fast isnt the coolest thing to be doin right now...i admit that. I guess the pilot line didn't work tonight...but when does it ever...haha i'm j/k..... How is everyone else's weekend turning out?

weekend what the hell is that..... well mine has sucked. Im on reserve so I cant drink so its 3am here in STL and this is about the most fun thing I've done tonite and Im sober. At least you managed to get drunk. Things will be better for me in a few days cause I get to go on vacation. So Barcelona or Cancun here I come.

If I had a buck for every Sat night I spent on flightinfo....well, nevermind.

Here's my experience: Aviation is definitely a lot cooler when you're on the outside lookin' in than vice versa.

Had a pretty good weekend here...went out on Friday night with my roommate and 3 co-workers in the Highlands (Atlanta). Won $3 off a $10 Keno ticket. Beautiful weather, fun night. Became a big fan of Stella - anybody else had it? My roommate said it was 8%, but I am not sure if that's true.

No girls, no booze, just an operating manual. I had recurrent training all day Saturday, then yesterday, the standard simulator check ride. One of those deals where you're droning along in cruise with a bad case of L.E.B. syndrome. LEB stands for Leak, Explode, Burn; what you're waiting for the airplane to do, with Satan back there at the control console.

Actually the Check Airman was excellent, the Captain was a superior stick, and the check ride went well. AFTER the checkride, I got to booze it up and chase the wife around the kitchen with a spatula.
