Because unless teamsters have little gold pins that say ALPA on them, I saw one of those GoatJeters wearing an ALPA pin right on his tie today in PVD....

W-T-F!!!!1

I think that was the International Association of Scum Bags pin. They have a airline chapter you know.

There is no Major vs. Regional ALPA
There is no Old vs. Young ALPA
...and there is definately no accounting for taste among ALPA representation.

Please tell me you went over to him and asked him about it... and then wrote down his name!

Nope...definitely a hojetter, there's no mistaking that white badge w/red lettering.

We were running late so didn't say anything this time...but I see him in IAD all the time, so I'll get it next time.

Yeah Riff! That'll show him...maybe you can rough him up a little...ya know, show Pepe who's really boss.

Watch out, though...when you're a Jet, you're a Jet all the way...from your first cigarette, to your last dyin' day.

...

Maybe he is an ALPA volunteer trying to bring ALPA on their property.

There MAY be something you dont know. MAybe he is a spy!

It probably wasn't a gojet because that would absolutely make no sense. They usually wear the leather jackets with the blue name patch and their hats say gojet on them. Id is all white with blue gojet letters and us flag. I was talking with one of the CA from there and from what he said he loved flying there and had a pretty good contract, they even have a commuter policy.

Organizing committee members don't get ALPA pins until a drive is successful. Not that ALPA is working on organizing HoJets anyway.

Had a scabjet pilot DH'ing on a flight out of DAY some time ago. Had to ride the crew van with the steaming turd. He had an ALPA sticker on his flight kit. When I mentioned the irony, he mumbled something about "being an ALPA supporter at one point" or something like that. Then the Fu-ker skips through security with his FFDO badge. When he doesn't check in with the agent nor the captain as an FFDO, we call him out. Apparently he wasn't carrying. just using the badge to get by security, which I have since heard is grounds for dismissal from the FFDO program.

.....If I had only known then...

Here come the Jets:
Little world, step aside!
Better go underground,
Better run, better hide!

Sure they do. When I was at CALEX we all got ALPA pins with a red circle around it that said "One Union, One Voice". Any CAL or CALEX guy that wanted one got it. They were being handed out in the crew rooms.

Nope. Definitely a ho. Their ID is similar to us at TSA, but theirs has RED lettering and if it's got the american flag on it, they're not flight crew...they do something else.

Yea, the more and more I'm exposed to these scum, the less and less sense they make!

There is no reason for a GoJet pilot to be wearing an ALPA pin except to try and get over on someone.. probably for a jump seat.

As far as the FFDO thing is concerned. It may take some work, but if you are 100% sure that this pilot went through security with his credentials and was not carrying, please get his name, date, airport and flight info to the FFDO ALPA liaison at your airline. If you don't have one, go through the mainline carrier you feed. If not.. PM me!

The initial cadre of pilots there are scum. Some have moved on unfortunately but things are still in the works for all of them. But it takes all of us decent pilots, union or non, pro or anti.. to stand up against a pilot who well step on yours or mines back to get ahead.
