Fortunately no one was killed in this incident...I wonder what the guy had against recycling plants?
A deputy firing from a helicopter later killed Brown. The helicopter pilot, Deputy David Tilstra, was treated at a hospital Saturday for a leg wound and released. Deputy Jerry Larson, who was shot in the arm and shoulder, was released Sunday. The recycling center employee suffered a minor wound.
In other news today...off duty police officer shoots on duty crook and a dog exploded on a busy street corner. No one was injured in the blast, but 600 fleas are missing and presumed dead...

Shooting someone from a moving helocopter with a wounded pilot and taking fire.....thats pretty bad a$$

Glad it turned out well.

Wow....that pilot must have had his hands full while flying the helicopter low altitude AND shooting at the guy. The story doesn't make it clear whether it was the pilot or the observer that actually killed him, though. The fact that two people in the helicopter were wounded leads me to believe the pilot stuck around a little too long, or the guy was lucky and got 'em both within seconds.
