Seems to be a lot of turn over there. Thought I just heard about a job there about a year ago. Do not know for sure.

Kelloggs...

Actually the reason for the "turnover" is only for retirements..I've come to know alot of the guys there, and it's a good job..This will be the first hiring they've had in quite a few years...

I actually applied to an opening with this company 12-15 months ago. It was also a DA-900 position listed on the company website.

The thing I can't figure out is why these corporations are always hiring typed "Captains" from the outside. Don't they ever upgrade existing first officers / right seaters?

maybe they are all "Captains" (type rated PICs on paper)
then upgrade to "PICs" as needed or as able...

that would be my guess...

some "Captains" in corp operations are not PICs. -- many times due to lack of Intl' experience.

Correct on all accounts..ALL of their Pilots are typed and trained as PICS, what they are flying as within the company is a different story...
