Hello all,
My wife and I are planning to start a small business for her/us. We will most likely form it as an LLC (Limited Liability Company) in Illinois. Knowing that many pilots have businesses on the side, I was wondering if anyone on here has set up an LLC in Illinois and would be willing to answer a few questions. I have been doing a LOT of reading but I'm concerned about inadvertantly not doing something that is required and having to pay the price later.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Purdue is actually ranked in the preseason pole this year. It may only be 22nd but WOO HOO!
