How senior is Skywest's Tucson base for FOs and CAs? Any chance of getting it out of newhire?
 
For Captains it's getting pretty senior. Most junior is about three years I would guess and I know that there are several waiting to get in. Half of our FO's just upgraded so I don't think it would take very long to get in as an FO.
