I got an invite to interview with skywest. anyone think there is a chance they will start paying for training? What is the average upgrade time right now?
 
Highly inlikely that there will be any pay for training any time soon.


Upgrade is running 12-15 months but you're probably gonna get ORD.
 
Question one: Sadly, no.

Question two: Less than 2 years.

Don't count on anything, though...
