That would make logical sense since Airtran HQ is based at MCO and they have mx there too. Also, they've been growing MCO and perhaps FL costs could support what DL couldn't in MCO.

BTW didn't OO just ink a new codeshare with FL out of MKE? Seems logical they might want to expand that too. Between MCO and ATL, which has room for more RJs?

Finally, we can put that 5 year rumor to rest. Good job SWA pilots/union on putting something in YOUR contract to protect YOUR flying. Too bad no one else seemed to care about protecting flying/jobs/the career. Hopefully CAL will keep it at 50 seat jets too. Too bad they never thought about the turboprops when the contract was being written years ago.

No offense to MM. But I can't count the number of times he has said he has heard nothing and then I see it happen a week or two later. They usually are not as big as this but it still happens. I have decided SAPA knows about things about 5 minutes before the rest of us.

Delta? Comair, Chautauqua, ASA, and Freedom have all had an Orlando base for Delta sometime or another. Why not Skywest? Wait, never mind. I'm living in the past.
