We have been told at ACA, when asking why we need such large pay cuts when Skywest can get a contract by keeping their current pay, that Skywest has no soft pay. Any Skywest pilot please comfirm that you have no pay for these things:

wx cnx
mx cnx
any other cnx
conflict pay
pay greater of scheduled/actual

I just want to know the facts from the horses mouth before I make my informed no vote.

Thanks for the help.

Tito is correct.

Whoever you're talking to is lying through their teeth...

Sorry.

I dunno what happed above but the answer tito gave was we get paid for all of the above and the greater of historic or actual block time...

Skywest also has a 2:1 duty rig, with 1:1 for anything greater than 12 hours. Also 3:45 hours minimum pay per day.

We get paid 100% for deadhead legs. We also get paid the higher of trip or training pay when pulled offline for recurrent or sim.
