Chill pill has been consumed. I work for SkyWest so I take it personally. I haven't seen a dispatcher in about 4 or 5 yrs do any fams to find out whats it really like. Could just be our company guys however.
I don't know your aviation experience but some free advice for you. Don't judge crews till you have all the facts.
better to keep your mouth closed and have them guessing than to open it and confirm it.
