I'm sure this question has been asked before. Does Skywest make a fuloughed pilot resign his senority number from his other company?

I've flown with both United and American pilots who have kept their seniority. I've never heard of someone giving it up at SkyWest.

YES you have to give it up if it is other than Delta or United. That was half the reason I went to Express........

Even UAL or DAL pilots will have to surrender their seniority unless they are hired as part of a special agreement (mou). I'm only aware of some Coex/Xjt and UAL people who were hired under these circumstances.
