just search on E-bay "1980's technoligy" and that should find all the crj stuff out there.........
Maybe you should look under jack@ss and find your bio there.

Sorry to tell you dude, but the Honeywell Primus 1000 in the embraer REGIONAL JET I jumpseated on the other day IS 1980's technology. you've got to get to the Primus to really talk shaet. even then, the only one flying that is the EMB 170-190...and that's a different discussion.

You really do not have a clue what you are talking about. Both products have their advantages and disadvantages... The 6100 from collins is a much more capable unit than the Honeywell product, escpecially in the area of VNAV -- Honeywell does not even come close. I have exp. in both, you probably do not by looking at your profile. You should have some background on the subject matter before you post your "expert" opinion... The CRJ is a better product, there is no doubt... More capable - faster, higher - more cargo in the back and fully hydraulic -- no gust locks -- I wonder why...

There was really no need in your post, at all. I know a lot of pilots at your Co. and a lot of people in all areas of the company so, i know that the company is filled with great people but it only takes someone like you to make your group look like a bunch of idiots...

I heard crews on the crj can't even put their luggage in the forward closet because of weight and balance problems, you also can't even fill a 50 seat crj without kicking pass off or luggage. ................And with climb rates of less than 1,000 fpm above 250, compare that.

The EMB has gust locks -- what kind of jet is that -- not even hydraulic (full) -- this is stupid - this entire conversation with you... The CRJ can carry 1000 more #s in the back -- that low bid EMB product...? You amaze me -- simply amazing... IGNORANCE at its best... I would only give opinions on educated areas of my background if I was you...

Happy Holidays!

Hotwing must've gotten some of that super hot sauce from Hooters today, right on bro. Let's just settle this right now...Props are best

We're slow, ugly, straight-winged, and very proud of it. Who wouldn't want a 10.5 foot set of blades vibrating your brains out 6 hours a day.
