theskyking,

It's easy at worst. I stressed myself out too much during trainning for no reason, well except for that whole "up or out" policy.

Comming from the crj to the bro, the only things you'll have to learn again is that those little peddals up front NEED to be used and what the heck is those other levers on the control column.

Congrats and Good Luck

Bako

What pedals are you talking about?

Thanks for the encouragement. With some hard work and a good attitude and a little luck I figure I might squeek through.

Does sim time help? Thanks in advance.
Actually... sim time DOES help at Pinchnickle. Pilots are allowed to apply all their Level D Sim time towards the minimums (no Frasca or Level C sim time allowed, even if it's full-motion). This comes directly from our Chief Pilot who sets the minimums... Not typically used in this industry, but it is here.

Also, one of the other guys mentioned that at other airlines, Captains outnumber F/O's... not true here at PCL. The F/O's typically outnumber the Captains so if something screwy happens, we have enough F/O's to pull a dozen and run through upgrade in 30 days or less. Crisis management at its finest! ;)
