With Skywest Airlines earning more than a Billion dollars in revenue last year, I guess Skywest will now have to be move to the majors forum. Not bad, eh.

Give me a break. We've been through this before with the Comair threads:rolleyes:

Yeah, and then you guys will get A318s and fly them FOR United. (for Brasilia wages)

If that's the case, then Skywest is the lowest paying "major" out there...

That is something to brag about!

oldxfr8dog,

Come on now, you forgot "Wind Check?" You seem bitter. I suggest some Metimucil before bedtime.

Then you would also have to include ExpressJet and American Eagle too.

Let's put it this way shall we?............Skywest is a MAJOR player in the REGIONAL airline business.

so is Delta

We just passed United as the second biggest airline in the world in terms of passengers. But yeah, we also have more RJs than anyone else, isn't that great?

A Billion today is a little different than it was in 1975. But if your 21 and that line works with the Walmart cashier, go for it.

Even Wal-Mart cashiers know that they make more than most airline Pilots these days. Why would they want to hook up with one and lower thier stadard of living? But it would give them a tax break every April 15th.

Wow a major!

With all that extra cash they always brag about having around for a rainy day, you'd figure they might find some to pay the new-hires during the two months of training...

Enough, tuck your tail and go back to the regional board. You should have known you were going to be beatin for that one. If not, lesson learned. Good luck

Or how about this, Skywest is a MAJOR player in lowering the bar when it comes to pilot wages.
