Alright, so I just wanted to hear from some people who interviewed with Skywest today or recently. How did it go and what are their plans for classes coming up? In the past if they really needed you they told you before you left the building. Any word? Thanks.

Not Always.

I interviewed on Nov 17 and they offered you the class that day if they wanted to hire you. The interview is very straight forward. They try to make you second guess your answers so stick to your answer if you really feel confident about it. The HR & tech were the standard questions. IFR and the current A/C you fly. They will ask you a question you dont know so its ok if you dont have an answer just dont BS them. The CRM portion is not to hard just delegate duties, be a team player, communicate, use all available resources and try to be a good team player. My sim was 2 approaches into trenton NJ and hold entry. There is a december 9 class for the CRJ. good luck

Well I interviewed today and got a class date before I left the building. I couldn't have been more happy. Thinks are looking really promising here and I can't wait to get started. Thanks for all the advice.
