Skywest Group Interview

I know there has been previous posts about the Skywest Group interviews, but many of the threads have gone off topic (no surprise).

I am going to the Chicago fair on July 5 and wanted to know what I can expect. Do they interview on the spot or is it simply a meet and greet to screen applicants.

Company presentation and 1 on 1 HR. If they like you and you're qualified, you will get offered to select from a list of full interview dates.
