SkyWest getting B717's??

Any truth to the rumor I heard of SkyWest getting B717's? Also noticed they are cutting way back out of Portland and wondering how PDX looks as a future SkyWest pioly base.

lots of rumors........but you can't feed a family on rumors. I think most of us are just waiting to see what happens to United.

I dont think the rumor is true. Uncle Bill says that its BS and I kinda believe him cause he was a engineer on one of there 727s or whatever those are. Why would they buy 717 anyway I mean their whole thing is we have small plahnes come rid on our small planes that go fast really fast because you could win a snack mix or a cookie or two! Skywests is a really good company and they should probly stick with those small ones I think and fly to the caribean and stuff. WOULDNT THAT BE NEAT? I would buy a ticket for sure but they should let the big companys lose money with the big airplanes cause the small airplanes really dont lose too much money right even if they did they still go faster and thats what the greedy passenger of today wants is speed and first class and scantily clad ladies and home cooked meals and low prices but I think a speedy airplane should be just fine for those drunken suckas. "Gee what'd NASDAQ close at today and get me some a those **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** peanuts and a steak!"
