FYI - I'm on year 2 at SkyWest and am very happy. I live in domicile and am gone no more than 5 nights per month. At one point, I went 3 months without spending a night away from home. Still credit 90-100hrs per month. Life is good here...
You will also APPRECIATE NETJETS MORE if you get some airline experience and learn to hate 121 flying.
Oh, c'mon...we're not all bad....you'll learn to deal with dispatchers...
Good luck with it. I hope you like it better than I have. I'm on the brink of throwing in the towel at Skywest cause I don't like the flying and can't take the commuting anymore.
LAS to MKE, soon to be DEN. Going on 5 months now. It's a good company...I can't really fault Skywest, I just haven't liked it and don't know if I have the patience to wait for it to get better...assuming it will. Ultimately it comes down to I want a job where I live in domicile and none of Skywest's bases really appeal to us to move to.

Have you considered that SAN, SBP, SMX, SBA, PSP, SMF, TUS, PDX, and MRY are all pretty great places to be based? Could be considered better places to live than LAS too?!
I'm trying for NetJets and a couple other fractionals with Vegas gateways...plus a couple of local Vegas operators.
