Skywest Bases

Hey I just had a question for all you skywest pilots out there. I am hoping to get on with them within the next 2 months I getting ready to submit my resume. My question is do you know what bases are most junior and what can you tell me as far as fellow pilots/employees at each base. I am pretty flexible as far as where I live although I would like to stay in the west, but I am just looking to fly a lot and build some good time especially the first year when you make peanuts. Thanks for your help.

On the Jet the Jr. Bases are MKE and ORD. EMB are FAT, SBP, PSP, MRY.
