It is based on profit margin and your base pay rate. The math is more complicated than I can remember and I am too lazy on to go onto the company website to look at. Then they add on the other stuff like A14, completion, customer satisfaction.

(Quarterly base pay rate X percentage Profit) X .80= One more payment and this 1962 luxury automobile is mine!

This plus the performance part
