Anybody know about Skylink Express? I think they're out of Toronto. Just curious looks like they hire at 1000 in a C208.

I just dont have the ME minimums for the BE1900. Have you ever flown a C208? Is it good experience? It seems like a good transition to some turbine time.

The C-208 is a great airplane. If you go to a place that will allow you to fly it for a while and then upgrade into a B-1900 or something along those lines. While it is turbine, its a very simple machine at about 165 kts. Its a beefed up C-172. My C-208 experience (about 120 hrs) hasn't gotten me anything. I quit that job to go fly freight (135) so I could build the multi time that I needed.....

And now the job opportunities are plentiful! I know many others who have done similar things. AirNow would be a good company to go to once you hit 1200 hours if you'd like to fly a C-208 and then upgrade to an EMB-110. Airnet is a good choice as well.
