Job Title: Aircraft Dispatcher
Location: CMH
Department: Flight Operations

Responsible for providing correct flight operations data to Skybus Airline pilots to ensure a safe and legal flight experience. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Reports to the Director – Operations Control Center. Aircraft Dispatchers are the tactical arm of senior management. As such, they liason to the local FAA representative, airport management, flight operations, crew scheduling, and maintenance to create and maintain excellent working relationships.
Applicants are requested to meet the following minimum requirements:
FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
Prefer 3 years experience as an Aircraft Dispatcher in CFR Part 121 Operations.
Ability to work shifts to cover a 24 X 7 X 365 operation
Excellent organization, coordination and follow through skills
Must be detail oriented
Ability to read, write, speak English coupled with effective communication skills
High School Diploma required; College preferred
Legally authorized to work in the USA
Ability to pass a 10 year background, drug, and security check
Able to demonstrate knowledge required of an Aircraft Dispatcher
Neat and professional appearance
