The pay seems pretty low. They are giving stock options but a lot has to happen for stocks to pay off. Their fares don't seem all that low considering how little service you are going to get and to be truthful, in the case of bellingham WA, I don't think they will be able to fill an airbus in some of these markets.

If this airline is going to succeed it would behoove you to get in early but for me it is a question of whether this thing is going to be a success i this saturated industry or not.

Hypothetical flight from sea-Ric departing may 29 and returning june 26. the fare on skybus would be 225. on usair it would be 253. of course with usair you would get to check a bag, get a free bag of pretzels and a soda. and you wouldn't need to take the hour and a half drive north to bellingham.
