...out of VNY. They seem to be advertising a lot for med sized jets, FO and CAPT's. Lot's of turnover?? What's up? I might apply for an FO job but seeing as they are always advertising for the same positions I was wondering if anyone had the scoop.

I had a guy as a recurrent sim partner from the Air Group. He seemed to like it and new some friends of friends working there that like it. What I have heard is at the moment, their hiring minimums are very high, like 8000 for G captains, no matter your time in type.

The Air Group

The Air Group has in the past at least, required a minimum of 7,500 for any PIC position. Their issue is that it is written in their insurance policies as such.
