Single Pilot Pay

Curious what the pay is like for single pilot operations, either part 91 or 135.

I am really curious about king air 200 or Pilatus PC-12 pay rates. But while we are on it what about The Piaggio Avanti or the single pilot Citations.

Or if there are guys out there, how about cabin class twins like a C414 or C421....

I would love to fly with my favorite captain and first officer, me...

Well, everyone I know of in the DFW area is working between 60 and 80 on salary.
