On the way to the hotel, I stop at Dunkin Donuts and get a coffee collata. I'm sitting here watching the war drinking my collata when all of a sudden I feel the worste pain I've ever felt.

WHAT THE HE!! IS BRAIN FREEZE?????? Why does this happen and how can it be minimized (other than stop drinking cold drinks)????????????????????????

My understanding is that there's a collection of nerves at the roof of your mouth that interprets the extreme cold of the drink as a need to keep the brain warm, and thus begins to swell the blood vessels around the brain. The rapid swelling of the blood vessels is what causes the headache.

I have years of experience with this and know exactly what it is!
It's because I never learn and always drink that first frozen margarita too fast!

Beer Bong,

Or just slam your hand in the door so you won't care about your brain.

Geez I crack my self up.
