Sim or Vintage Warbird?

A friend wants to give her husband, a non pilot, a cool birthday present. She mentioned maybe a couple of hours in a full motion sim or something along those lines. I suggested that perhaps a ride in a vintage warbird like a T33, or Mig15, would be more memorable.

Does anybody have any suggestions either way? A sim operator or organizations that gives rides?
