Hi everyone, I am a newbie pilot with an interview coming up with Sierra West and i would like some information on the interview. I am going to be interviewing for the Metroliner position. If anyone can provide something to me that would be helpful.

P.S: I did read all the negative things about the place.

Thank you so much.

If your TT is 317, go instruct and make more money than you will at Sierra West, then come when you get to around 1200TT for a quick upgrade in the metro. the pay is way too low for SICs and its not a good move for low time pilots, in my opinion. On demand is very slow right now anyways, you wont get more than 50 hours/month is current pace keeps up.
