She has to stay at home becuase of our new baby. Chemistry/pharmacy major and can type up to 60wpm.

Elance works pretty well, but you have to bid against others. A lot of the people on there want something for nothing. I got some great magazine article work from them and wrote several resumes. I stopped doing it though because amateurs were bidding too low and everyone was an "expert", even though they were not. One week they were experts on writing aviation articles and the next they were experts on home improvement and the next horses, etc., you get my drift.

She might try medical transcription work. See if she can find out who the doctors in your area use. That can be good money.

Well, if a bunch of pilots are putting $100K on the table and getting $10K return every month, I'd say they are home free after 10 months.
At that time, pull the original 100K of the table and gamble the profit.
If ya got the balls and the dough to do it: Go.

Nothing is for sure, but if ya have a better plan or a better idea, PLEASE give details here and now, I will certainly listen and learn and get rich faster than the above sceme.
