side job question

I am brainstorming ways to make some extra money on my days off. I have been seeing a lot of ads for medical billing at home on your computer. Wondering if anyone has had any experience with any of this kind of thing. My gut instinct is that it's not as good as it seems but I'm willing to put in some effort if it's worth it.

I saw something about just this very subject on the news a couple of days ago on one of those consumer investiagtion reports. They signed up for several of these services and every last one of them turned out to be a scam. The Better Business Bureau was also interviewed and they even said that they have never heard of a legitimate one.
I wouldnt do it, but its up to you.
