The whole thing is HR double speak/legal jargon. They are looking for a person who is rated in either the GV or GEX for backup contract work. Also the same for the Twin Otter on floats. Daily per diem rates apply what ever those might be. The 24/7 is only if they are paying you to standby. Not likely. Damn few MES guys around, but I would think they may find some GV/GEX pilots who are happy contracting. I'll just bite my tounge for the moment. If you have "serious" questions about this just PM me.
